Nine area residents — Kyra Hernandez of Kingston, Victoria Ost of Lake Katrine, Keely Blum of Hurley, Alexis Frumenti of Cottekill, Joseph Ayala of Highland, Lena Atkins of Marlboro, Erin Boyle and Tuuli Hoaas, both of Pine Bush; and Maria Krein of Germantown — were named to the provost’s list at SUNY Oneonta for the fall semester.

Students earn provost’s list status by achieving a 4.0 grade point average.

Two area residents — Shelby Maguire of New Paltz and Angelina Vertullo of Woodstock — were named to the dean’s list at St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y., for the fall semester.

Maguire is a member of the Class of 2024 and is majoring in environmental studies and English. Maguire is a New Paltz High School graduate.

Vertullo is a member of the Class of 2026 and a Kingston High School graduate.
