Gardiner
• DWI: William Wolfgang Detz, 29, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:32 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Detz was released with tickets for Gardiner Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Orville M. Gor-Ondiek, 25, of Poughkeepsie was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and using a leased, rented, loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, all misdemeanors. Gor-Ondiek was released to a third party pending a court appearance.
New Paltz
• DWI: Jerry L. McNair, 24, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:06a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. McNair was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• DWI: Helen M. NeselKnapp, 58, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 12:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, and was charged with driving while intoxicated (previous conviction in 10 years) and aggravated driving while intoxicated (prior conviction), both felonies. Nesel-Knapp was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.
Town Of Ulster
• Contempt: Olivia M. Escalera, 31, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:25a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, in the town of Ulster and was charged with criminal contempt (violating an order of protection with physical contact), a felony. Further information was not immediately available.
• DWI: Cierra Dawn Nelson, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, and was charged with driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, and driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. Nelson was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
