The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system:
City Of Kingston
• DWI: Infiniti Dueno, 26, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 3:26 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27, and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (alcohol), a felony, and misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated (first offense) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (alcohol) as well as operating a motor vehicle without a license and stopping, standing or parking in a prohibited space, both violations. Authorities said Dueno was charged on Pearl Street. Dueno was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Robert Halstein
Jr., 26, of Saugerties, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on Saturday, Feb. 25, at about 4 a.m. and was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. Authorities said the charges followed a traffic stop on Broadway. Halstein was released with tickets to Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Francisco MauricioAcevedo, 38, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on Saturday, Feb. 25, at approximately 1:45 a.m. and charged with aggravated driving with intoxicated (Leandra’s Law), a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Authorities said Mauricio-Acevedo was stopped on East Chester Street and it was determined he was operating the vehicle while intoxicated with a minor as a passenger. Mauricio-Acevedo was released with tickets to Kingston City Court.
Esopus
• Controlled Substance: Christina Desrumeaux, 31, of Newburgh, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on Sunday, Feb. 26, at approximately 10:25 a.m. and charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. Authorities said Desrumeaux was charged after a traffic stop on Clay Road. Desrumeaux was released with a ticket for Esopus Town Court.
Plattekill • DWI:
John J. Antonelli
III, 20, of Newburgh, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on Sunday, Feb. 26, at approximately 2:25 p.m. and charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Authorities said they responded to an accident on Plattekill Ardonia Road and, after an investigation, determined that Antonelli struck a stone wall with his vehicle and was driving it while intoxicated. Antonelli was released with a ticket to Plattekill Town Court.
