City Of Kingston
• DWI: Erisa Merritt, 25, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:35 a.m. Sunday, March 5, and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child under 16 as a passenger, a felony, and with acting in manner to injure a child under 17 and driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Keenan M. Nelson-McGriff, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:18 a.m. Sunday, March 5, in the town of Catskill and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. Merritt was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Ellenville
• Drugs: David A Christiana, 45, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Ellenville at 8:25 p.m. Saturday, March 4, and was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Christina was released with tickets for Ellenville Village Court.
• DWI: Jason Monson Bowers, 62, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ellenville at 8:09 p.m. Saturday, March 4, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Bowers was released with tickets for Ellenville Village Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Handel P. Morgan, 21, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:05 a.m. Sunday, March 5, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Smith was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court. Morgan was issued appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Marc J. Cannon, 21, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:24 a.m. Sunday, March 5, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Cannon was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
