City Of Kingston

• Mischief, obstructing: Jadeesha Q. Gaines, 27, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 3a.m. Wednesday, March 8, and was charged with criminal mischief (property valued at more than $250), a felony, and with obstruction of governmental administration, criminal trespass and criminal mischief, all felonies. Gaines was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Contempt: William Tyrell Palmer, 44, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on Wall Street Tuesday, March 7, and was charged with criminal contempt of an order of protection, criminal mischief and reckless endangerment, all felonies. Palmer was sent to the Ulster County Jail pending a court appearance. Further information was unavailable.

• Failure to report as a sex offender: Mark A. Gibson, 65, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on Tuesday, March 7, at 9:40 a.m. at police headquarters, and was charged with failure to report as a sex offender, a felony.

Catskill

• DWI: Amanda C. Cabanillas, 34, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill in the village at 10:28p.m. Wednesday, March 8, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors.. Cabinillas was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

Marbletown

• Grand larceny: Garry N. Thomsen, 44, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:55 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, and was charged with grand larceny of property valued at more than $3,000, a felony. Thomsen was released with a ticket for Marbletown Town Court.

Saugerties

• Acting in a manner injurious to a child: Robert Brooks, 37, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:20p.m. Wednesday, March 8, and charged with the misdemeanor of acting in a manner injurious to a child under

17. Brooks was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court. The alleged incident was reported to police on Tuesday, Jan. 14, police said.
