City Of Kingston

• Drugs: Ronald B. Warnick, 55, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:04p.m. Thursday, March 9, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (500 milligrams of cocaine), a felony. Warnick was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Drugs: Andrew J. Pascarella, 36, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:08 p.m. Thursday, March 9, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Pascarella was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Rosendale

• Burglary: Sean Moorhus, 49, of Saugerties, was arrested by Rosendale police Thursday, March 10, and was charged with burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor, in connection with a burglary investigation dating to December 2022. Moorhus was sent to the Ulster County Jail pending a court appearance..

Shawangunk

• DWI: Elijah Z. Zwick, 24, of Burlington, Vermont, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:19 a.m. Friday, March 10, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08%. Zwick was released to a third party with tickets for Shawangunk Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Obstruction: Shantel M. Taylor, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ellenville at 6:15 a.m. Friday, March 10, and was charged with obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. Taylor was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
