City Of Kingston

• DWI: Rita C. White, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:20 a.m. Sunday, March 19, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. White was released to a third party pending an appearance in Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Latisha D. Wright, 44, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:30 a.m. Sunday, March 19, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Wright was released to a third party pending an appearance in Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Joseph Komaromi, 41, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:46 a.m. Sunday, March 19, in the town of Catskill and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Komaromi was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• Unlicensed operation/ DWI:

Duane K. Dixon, 47, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:47 p.m. Saturday, Feb.

18, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony; and with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Dixon was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Contraband: Sachin Dave Gir, 25, of South Ozone Park, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, March 18, and was charged with knowingly introducin­g dangerous contraband into prison, a felony. Gir was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. Gir was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

• Menacing: Valvetta Vicens, 20, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:32 p.m. Saturday, March 18, and was charged with menacing, criminal mischief and criminal possession of a weapon, all misdemeano­rs. Vicens was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

• Bail Jumping: David Rafael Martinez, 37, of Salt Point, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:02 a.m. Sunday, March 19, in the town of Wawarsing, and was charged with bail jumping, a misdemeano­r. Further informatio­n about Martinez’s status was not immediatel­y available.

• Drugs: John David Craigmile,

54, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, March 19, in the town of Wawarsing, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (methamphet­amine) and criminal possession of a controlled substance (methamphet­amine), both felonies. He was also charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and with one count of driving while impaired by drugs, all misdemeano­rs. Further informatio­n about Cragmile’s status was not immediatel­y available.
