• The Staatsburgh State Historic Site will begin tours, dubbed “The Real Gilded Age,” on Saturday, March 9, at 11 a.m. at 75 Mills Mansion Drive, Staatsburg. Inspired by the HBO series “The Gilded Age,” the tours will take attendees through the historic Mills Mansion. Tours will take place each Saturday in March. • Bard College in Annadale-on-Hudson will host a free discussion between the college’s President Leon Botstein and American Civil Liberties Union Deputy Legal Director Yasmin Cader on Monday, March 11, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the college’s Olin Auditorium Botstein and Cader will discuss civil liberties in this free talk. Cader serves as a Deputy Legal Director at the ACLU and the Director of the Trone Center for Justice and Equality, which includes the National Prison Project, the Criminal Law Reform Project, the Racial Justice Program, the Capital Punishment Project and the John Adams Project.
