Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report

KINGSTON
DWI: William Patrick Tortorelli, 37, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 1:37 a.m. Sunday, March 17, and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Tortorelli was released to a third party.
DWI/Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle: Heather Lee Jones, 46, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:56 a.m. Sunday, March 17, and charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%. Jones was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
CATSKILL
DWI: Anastasia Rikard,
35, of Ravena, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:10 a.m. Sunday, March 17, and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Rikard was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
LLOYD
DWI: Daniel Lopez Perez, 23, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:12 a.m. Sunday, March 17, and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Perez was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
DWI: Demetrio Carbajal Altamirano, 38, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:56 a.m. Sunday, March 17, and charged with driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within 10 years), aggravated driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.18% (previous conviction within 10 years), and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger under 16, all felonies. Altamirano was released to a third party.
