Criminal mischief: Isaias Chocjalal, 33, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 5:54 p.m. Sunday, March 24, and charged with criminal mischief, a felony. Chocjalal was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court. DWI: A 20-year-old who was not identified by Kingston police was arrested at 8:53 p.m. Saturday, March 23, on Greenkill Avenue and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, driving while consuming alcohol (under 21), aggravated unlicensed driving and aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), along with the violation of failing to stop at a stop sign. The defendant was released with tickets for Kingston City Court. Endangering: Tanisha L. Ector, 40, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 10:15 a.m. Friday, March 22, at police headquarters, 1Garraghan Drive, and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a misdemeanor. Ector was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Wawarsing
DWI: John Lopez, 44, of Liberty, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:01 p.m. Sunday, March 25, following a one-vehicle property damage crash on Berme Road. Lopez was charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%. Lopez was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
