KINGSTON
DWI: Nikolette Lynn Bellocchio, 25, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:07 a.m. Sunday, April 7, and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Bellocchio was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
CATSKILL
DWI: Chad Wayne Thompson, 52, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:23 p.m. Saturday, April 6, and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, and aggravated driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.18%, all misdemeanors.
LLOYD
DWI: Patrick William Cerniglia, 26, of Rochester, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, April 6, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Cerniglia was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
DWI: Jose Armando Amigon Arroyo, 25, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:29 a.m. Sunday, April 7, and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Arroyo was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
NEW PALTZ
DWI: Drey Alexander Macon, 32, of Orlando, Florida, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 4:15 a.m. Sunday, April 7, and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Macon was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
WAWARSING
Contraband in prison: Sofia Serroukh, 23, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:50 p.m. Saturday, April 6, and charged with possession of contraband in prison, a misdemeanor. Serroukh was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
WOODSTOCK
DWI: Daniel Grady Faires, 40, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:32 p.m. Saturday, April 6, and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Faires was released with tickets for Woodstock Town Court.
