Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report

Hurley

Drugs: Luke S. Malamood, 39, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Shokan and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. Malamood was released with tickets for Hurley Town Court.

Plattekill

Criminal contempt: Ashley Roff, 33, of Clintondale, was arrested by state police a Highland at 8:08 p.m. Sunday, April 14, and charged with criminal contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Roff was released with a ticket for Plattekill Town Court.

Saugerties

Endangering/stalking:

Dominick A. Leonardo, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by Saugerties police at 6:34 p.m. Friday, April

12. Leonardo was charged with the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and stalking (two counts) and was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.

DWI: Andrew K. McBride, 68, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 14, following a complaint of two hit-and-run crashes in the town. McBride was arrested on Skyline Drive and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.

DWI: Warren A. Biesele, 74, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 12:23 a.m. Sunday, April 14, following a traffic stop and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, and other infractions. Biesele was released with tickets for Saugerties Village Court.

Shawangunk

Contraband in prison:

Theresa Fungaling, 38, of Glendale, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 8:50 a.m. Sunday, April 14, and charged with introducing contraband in prison, a misdemeanor. Fungaling was released with a ticket for Shawangunk Town Court.

Contraband in prison:

Valarina L. Johnson, 42, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 12:50 p.m. Sunday, April 14, and charged with the misdemeanor of introducing contraband in prison (two counts). Johnson was released with tickets for Shawangunk Town Court.

Red Hook

DWI: Julio V. Caal Can, 21, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, April 14, and charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.18%) and driving while intoxicated. Caal Can was released with tickets for Red Hook Court.

Rhinebeck

DWI: Margaret R. Bougades, 64, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck and charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.18%) and driving while intoxicated. Bougades was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.
