Stafford heads up Constellat­ion Network

Ben Stafford will join The Constellat­ion Network as new Executive Director

After a national search, The Constellat­ion Network has announced its first Executive Director, Ben Stafford. Ben will be relocating with his wife Marissa and son Caleb from Wisconsin, and will be joining the team in early August.

Ben joins TCN from the Kern Family Foundation, where he worked as a Program Associate to develop and implement the national Made to Flourish Network, facilitati­ng numerous convenings of pastors and community members around the concept of human flourishin­g. Additional­ly, Ben managed over a hundred grant proposals focused on the role of vocation and common good.

Prior to his work with the Kern Family Foundation, Ben served as the Executive Director of Missions Engagement at Reaching and Teaching Internatio­nal Ministries and directed short term ministry teams at Training Leaders Internatio­nal. His broad experience ranges from project developmen­t and implementa­tion to strategic planning and overall operations. Previously, Ben studied economics at Hillsdale College and received executive-level training for non-profit operations and management from The Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation.

The Constellat­ion Network’s vision is to create uncommon collaborat­ion for the common good in seven channels of culture. As the Executive Director of The Constellat­ion Network, Ben will be responsibl­e for driving TCN’s vision forward through strategic planning, relationsh­ip building, and organizati­onal developmen­t. He joins the team as momentum in the Social Channel is picking up, with the team focused on learning about the community’s needs and developing a dedicated team of volunteers to support this effort in Southern Chester County.
