Stafford heads up Constellation Network
Ben Stafford will join The Constellation Network as new Executive Director
After a national search, The Constellation Network has announced its first Executive Director, Ben Stafford. Ben will be relocating with his wife Marissa and son Caleb from Wisconsin, and will be joining the team in early August.
Ben joins TCN from the Kern Family Foundation, where he worked as a Program Associate to develop and implement the national Made to Flourish Network, facilitating numerous convenings of pastors and community members around the concept of human flourishing. Additionally, Ben managed over a hundred grant proposals focused on the role of vocation and common good.
Prior to his work with the Kern Family Foundation, Ben served as the Executive Director of Missions Engagement at Reaching and Teaching International Ministries and directed short term ministry teams at Training Leaders International. His broad experience ranges from project development and implementation to strategic planning and overall operations. Previously, Ben studied economics at Hillsdale College and received executive-level training for non-profit operations and management from The Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation.
The Constellation Network’s vision is to create uncommon collaboration for the common good in seven channels of culture. As the Executive Director of The Constellation Network, Ben will be responsible for driving TCN’s vision forward through strategic planning, relationship building, and organizational development. He joins the team as momentum in the Social Channel is picking up, with the team focused on learning about the community’s needs and developing a dedicated team of volunteers to support this effort in Southern Chester County.
