Psychic fair coming to Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE >> A new type of fair is coming to town to promote the mind-bodyspirit lifestyle and all the benefits that go along with it.

The first ever Psychic Saturday Fair will be held on Sept. 24, from 10 a.m.- 5p.m. at the corner of Bridge and Main streets. This free event is open to the public for anyone interested in metaphysical and spiritualist products, connecting with friends and loved ones, discovering unique gifts and more. The festival will feature food from local chefs, live performances of healing music, and over 50 booths with clothing, books and jewelry, as well as several different types of readers including psychic, medium, tarot, palm and astrology.

“Phoenixville is a vibrant town with friendly, spiritually-minded people and is the perfect spot to hold an inspired fair of this kind in the area,” said Maxx Angenetta Jones in a news release. She is one of the founders of Best Psychic Source, which is sponsoring the event.

Jones, who is co-organizing the event with Kimberly Beattie, said it is not uncommon for events and experiences of this kind to be misunderstood. The internal balance of the mindbody-spirit is an inherent part of every person — and it is deeply important — as it is also at the heart of how we connect with other people in our lives. The goal of this work is to have a better understanding of ourselves and of our world, receiving support in ways that are needed, as well as learning ways that we can each live a happy, full and purposeful life. “The vendors you will meet here have studied and trained, and are accomplished in their field of work and what they will be offering,” Jones said in the release. “We are all real people. Come with an open mind and you’ll understand that every one of us has our own unique abilities and skills. You do, too. It will be a refreshing way to spend the day.”

To top off the experience, stay for the 5 p.m. gallery-style reading with renowned medium Karen Hluchan across the street at Molly McGuire’s (upstairs, payment by donation). Hluchan claims to have helped thousands of people from around the world with the messages and guidance she receives from the other side and her work is inspired by the divine light within us all. She will donate a portion of the donations to “The Wildlife Fund”—the leading organization in wildlife conservation and endangered species.
