ITA RE­GION­ALS >> Lu­cas Von der Heyde ad­vanced in the “A” draw for West Ch­ester with a first-round win over Kevin Mboko from Ed­in­boro, 1-6, 6-4, 1-0 (13-11). Von der Heyde dropped the first set, but bat­tled back to take the sec­ond. He then won a marathon tie-breaker for­mat of a third set to win the match and move on. Also win­ning his firstround “A” draw match was Nor­man Pat­ten, who took a straight-set 6-3, 6-4 de­ci­sion from San­ti­ago Gu­tier­rez of West Lib­erty.
