Fall sale, Trunk or Treat

Grove United Methodist Church: 490 W. Boot Road (north of West Chester); Fall sale at Grove United Methodist Church of gently used clothing, toys, children’s books, and baby equipment. Donations of items accepted from noon Oct. 2 through Oct. 4. Sale hours are Oct. 5, 6:30-8:30 p.m.; Oct. 6, 9-1 a.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m.; and Oct. 7, 9-11 a.m. Questions? All children up to and including 5th grade are invited to the annual “Trunk or Treat” event 5-6 p.m. Oct. 29. The event takes place in the parking lot, where cars with brightly decorated open trunks offer treats to those who ask. Other children’s activities are available. Free and open to all.
