The Berwyn Fire Company visited Tarleton School in Berwyn where firefighters explained to the children what to do in the event of a fire. The intent was to teach children to not fear firefighters but to make themselves visible to the firefighters in the event of an emergency.

The visit was part of Fire Prevention Week activities.

Tarleton School, on Waterloo Ave. in Berwyn, educates children from 2 ½ years of age through the first grade. Tarleton is licensed through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Private Academic School.
