Steve Salle and Issac Salinas had four goals and two assists each to help the Friars (19-5) win their first match at the Eastern Prep Championship. Sean Oakes had a goal and three assists and Seamus Glynn added a goal. Griff Delaney made 13 saves in goal. Malvern will play Gonzaga today at 11:30 a.m. in a winner’s braket game in the double-elimination tournament.
