$120 done in damage to home after egging

A home in Kennett Township was egged on an early Sunday morning, causing $120 in damages.

A home in the 400 block of Greenwood Road was egged on an early Sunday morning, causing $120 in damages.

According to police, at about 1:45 a.m. Dec. 11, an unknown suspect, or suspects, egged the residence. Police ask anyone with informatio­n to call 610-268-2022. The following reports were released by state and local police department­s.

EAST NOTTINGHAM

A 15-year-old boy was charged with theft after he allegedly stole a teacher’s cell phone from a classroom in the Oxford Area High School shortly before 11 a.m. Dec. 9.

LONDON GROVE

Rebecca Palmer, 41, of Oxford, was arrested for DUI after police pulled her over on Route 1 southbound, shortly before 3 a.m. Dec. 4.

Ethan Matthew Hoffman, 20, of West Grove, was arrested for DUI after police pulled him over for speeding on Route 1 at about 3:30 p.m. Dec. 4.

KENNETT TOWNSHIP

Basil Tariq Beyah-Patterson, 31, of Elkins Park, was arrested for DUI after police pulled him over on Route 1 southbound shortly before 3 a.m. Nov. 26. Police also said they found a large amount of marijuana, drug parapherna­lia, and $3,235 in money.

WEST WHITELAND

Shannon Zieba, 40, of Holmes, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Police filed charges after officers were sent to the TJ Maxx store on Dec. 7 for a reported $226 theft.

Anatoly Maguire, 18, of Downingtow­n, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on Dec. 8. Police filed charges after officers were sent to the Target store for an employee theft. Maguire, an employee at the store, allegedly stole $260 in cash from the cash register.

Ernest Parker, 25, of Exton, was charged with sale or illegal use of certain solvents and noxious substances. Police filed charges after officers were sent to the WalMart store for a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the parking lot.

Officers found Parker passed out with a can of “Ultra Duster” in his hands.

Soni Stewart, 39, of Philadelph­ia, was charged with DUI and traffic offenses on Dec. 8. Police filed charges after officers were sent to East Lincoln Highway and Springdale Drive for a onevehicle crash. Police said Stewart was the operator of the vehicle which had struck a traffic signal pole, and was taken into custody after allegedly failing field sobriety tests.

Vincent Cialini, 23, and Adrianna Moran-Guadiello, 21, both of West Chester, were arrested at the Boscov’s store on Dec. 9. The arrests were made after officers responded to the store for an alleged $186 theft.

According to Police both subjects were involved in the theft and had an 11-month-old child with them during the incident.

Cialini was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, endangerin­g welfare of children and possession of a controlled substance and parapherna­lia. Moran-Guadiello was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and endangerin­g welfare of children.
