Robert Aquilante of Coatesville

Robert Aquilante, age 65, husband of Linda D. (Vollbracht) Aquilante, of Coatesville, PA, died Sunday suddenly of natural causes on Sunday, January 1, 2017 in the Brandywine Hospital. Born on October 24, 1951 in Phoenixville, PA, he was a son of late Anthony and Zelda (Heitzman) Aquilante. He was a 1969 graduate of Spring-Ford High School. Mr. Aquilante worked at Jerry’s Barber Shop in Paoli, PA for several years. He was a member of the Green Tree Church of the Brethren in Oaks, PA. His interests included bowling, singing in a group, karaoke, raising and training Standardbred horses.

In addition to his wife of 9 years, Mr. Aquilante is survived by Son, Robert A. Aquilante of West Chester, PA; Daughter, Vanessa Amoriello of West Chester, PA; Stepson, Shaun J. Coyle, husband of Cristi Coyle of Batavia, IA; Brother, Anthony T., Jr, husband of Catherine Aquilante. of Gilbertsville, PA; Sister, Kathleen Criswell of Oaks, PA; Seven Grandchildren, and One Great-Grandson. Mr. Aquilante was pre-deceased by Step-son, Scott P. Coyle.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Green Tree Church of the Brethren, 1078 Egypt Road, Oaks, PA on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be J. Rodney O’Donnell. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received from 9:45 am 10:45 am Friday morning at the Church.
