Conestoga girls rout Marple Newtown

The Pioneers improved to 6-0 in the league and 11-0 overall.

Julia Weiss added 10 points and Jill Mascioli chipped in nine.

Conestoga held the Tigers under double digits in each of the first three quarters, while scoring 10 points or over, to build a 44-19 lead.

COLLEGIUM 44, LOWER MORELAND 36 >> Destyni Wood and Ayanna Revnell had 14 points each as the Cougars (6-1) earned the nonleague victory.

WESTTOWN 63, GERMANTOWN FRIENDS 37 >> Brandon Randolph scored 19 points and Mo Bamba added 18 as the Moose cruised to the Friends School League victory.

Girls Swimming

GREAT VALLEY 108, SUN VALLEY 74 >> Becca Choi was a triple winner for the Patriots in the Ches-Mont American victory. Choi, Peyton Turner, Kelsey Barrett and Abbie Etzweiler made up the 200 medley relay team. Choi also won the 200 IM and the 100 back. Etzweiler nabbed the 200 free and Turner grabbed the 100 brest.

Jayme McLhenney set a Sun Valley record in winning diving with 240.75 points.

WEST CHESTER RUSTIN 115, OXFORD 48 >> Morgan Curl won the 200 free and the 100 butterfly as the Hornets fell in the Ches-Mont American contest.

Boys Swimming

GREAT VALLEY 111, SUN VALLEY 69 >> Tommy Boerger and Nick Cave were triple winners for the Patriots as they rolled in the Ches-Mont American meet. Both were the 200 free relay team. Individually, Boereger won the 100 and 200 freestyles, Cave captured the 200 IM and the 100 breast.

WEST CHESTER RUSTIN 104, OXFORD 55 >> Jeb Darhower and Michael Fazio won three events each in the Ches-Mont American defeat. Darhower won the 200 IM and the 100 free and teamed up with Fazio on the 200 free relay team. Fazio nabbed the 200 and 500 freestyles.

Ice Hockey

WEST CHESTER RUSTIN 8, UNIONVILLE 3 >> The Golden Knights scored six unanswered goals in the first period to roll to the ICSHL Ches-Mont victory. Tommy Sloan scored three times and Christian Juliana tallied twice.

Jack McKenna, Tyler Glennon and Dan Brucker scored for the Indians.
