Little Falcons programs West Fallowfield Christian School: Two-, three- and five-day programs for three and four year olds are offered. The classes meet from 9 to 11:45 a.m. The hands-on curriculum incorporates reading readiness, math skills, language arts, pre-handwriting, science, art, music, drama, physical education, devotions, Bible, Spanish and library. Students learn through center time, discovery play, and hands-on activities, as well as fine and gross motor skill development. Small class sizes allow for individual attention.
The preschool also offers a Mom’s Day Out program monthly on the third Wednesday from noon to 3 p.m. It features a different theme each month. The goal of the program is to provide structured themebased activities for the children in a caring and nurturing environment. It includes learning centers, story time, circle time, craft and outdoor play. The cost for the program is $15 per session. A snack is provided. Space is limited. Community festival St. Joseph’s Parish of Downingtown: The 10th Annual St. Joseph Community Festival is set for June 20-24 at 332 Manor Ave., Downingtown. Festival hours are 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 6 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Enjoy fireworks Friday night. Rides provided by Hougton Enterprises of Cochranville. Wristbands available every night - unlimited rides for $20 per person if purchased before June 19 or $25 per person at the event. Live entertainment includes De laSalle String Band, Red Satins, D Town School of Rock, 4 Play Band, Bull Dogs. Bingo and a Bake Sale every night. Food service available.

Summer schedule change St. Paul’s United Church of Christ:: The church, at 101 Worthington Road, Exton, welcomes the community to services on its summer schedule. Beginning Sunday, June 4, one worship service will be held at 10 a.m. During services, a children’s program will also be offered, and a time of fellowship and refreshments follows each service. A picnic will follow the service on June 4. The summer service is a blend of traditional and modern worship styles, with a variety of music genres.
