RUNWAY MILE RACE IN LIMERICK
When: Today from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Where: Heritage Field Airport, 50 Airport Road
More Details: Adults and children are invited to race one mile down the airport runway. The event is also the Road Runners Club of America Pennsylvania State Mile Championship race. 5K RACE IN KENNETT SQUARE
When: Sunday at 10 a.m. Where: Anson B Nixon Park, 100 Waterworks Drive
More Details: The “Race to Beat POTS” is a 5K and 1-mile walk or run. The 1-mile route is also wheelchair accessible. The event will raise awareness about Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). YOUTH YOGA IN WYOMISSING
When: Series begins Tuesday at 11 a.m.
Where: Wyomissing Public Library, 9 Reading Blvd.
More Details: The library is beginning a free 6-week series for children ages 11 to 13. The event will be every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. except for July 4. In addition to yoga, participants will learn to manage stress through meditation, journaling and nutrition. Registration deadline is today, June 16.
