Charles Lawrence ‘Charlie’ Knoble of Frazer

Charles Lawrence “Charlie” Knoble, age 26, formerly of Spring City, PA passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2017. Born on February 22, 1991 in Swainsboro, GA, he was a son of Daniel and Susan (Merrill) Knoble of Spring City, PA.

Charlie attended the Montgomery School thru 6th grade, and graduated from Owen J. Roberts High School, class of 2009. He enjoyed drawing, speed skating, and photograph­y, and was the photograph­er for the hockey team. He also enjoyed gardening, but disliked bees. Charlie was a fan of Anime and Harry Potter, and liked playing the guitar, listening to music, and vacationin­g at the beach with family.

In addition to his parents, Charlie is survived by one brother, Joseph M. Knoble of Spring City, PA; one nephew, Asher Knoble; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Charlie was named after his grandfathe­rs, the late Charles B. Merrill and Lawrence C. Knoble of Tucson, AZ. He was preceded in death by his grandmothe­rs, “Grandma Hope” Merrill and Elizabeth Knoble.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, 2440 Conestoga Road, Chester Springs, PA on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 11:00 am. Officiatin­g will be Rev. Tina L. Mackie. Burial will be held privately at the convenienc­e of the family. Friends will be received from 10:30 am - 11:00 am Thursday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributi­ons may be made in his name to Paradise Farms Camp, 1300 Valley Creek Rd., Downingtow­n, PA 19335, St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church Youth Group at the address above, or a charity of your choosing.
