Josephine C. Campagna of Coatesville

Josephine C. Campagna, 86, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward R. Campagna, with whom she shared 63 years of marriage at the time of his passing in 2016.

Born in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Christy and Rose (nee Leone) Siracuse.

Josephine was a district manager for World Book Encyclopedia for 30 years, she then worked as an Executive Secretary for the Budd Company in Eagle.

She was a member of St. Joseph Parish in Downingtown, where she served as vice-president of the Primetimers. Josephine also enjoyed baking but her pride and joy was spending time with her beloved family and friends. Josephine will be dearly missed by all of those that had the pleasure of knowing her.

Josephine is survived by her children, Mark S. (Linda), Janet M., Robert J. (Barbara L.), James A. (Jewel P.) and David J. Campagna. She is also survived by her sister, Rosalie Siracuse; 17 grandchildren and nine greatgrandchildren. She was predeceased her grandson, Matthew.

An evening viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown and again on Friday, August 4 from 9:30-10:45 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, 338 Manor Ave., Downingtown followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
