OFFENSES » Juan RojasAngel, 34, of Atglen was arrested on 07/23/2017 and charged with DUI and related traffic offenses, following a traffic stop for erratic driving. At approx. 2325 hours, police observed a Chevy pickup truck swerving in its lane of travel and strike a curb, in the 100 block of West Evergreen Street, in West Grove Borough. A traffic stop was initiated on S. Guernsey Road at Willow Street. Upon making contact with Rojas-Angel, he exhibited indicators suggesting intoxication, police said.
