Who created God?

Thanks so much for your question. The answer is quite simple, no one created God. God always existed. There was never a time that God didn’t exist. In fact, God created time. (“In the beginning God created the heavens and earth.” Genesis 1:1) This means in the beginning, before time began, before anything was created, there was God. (“In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.” Titus 1:2) It is a scientific fact that the universe didn’t always exist.” The universe has an age, like everything else that exists has an age, because it was created, because it didn’t always exist … with the exception of God. God has no age because he is eternal. He has no beginning and no end. He is everlasting to everlasting. ( .... “even from everlasting to everlasting, you are God.” Psalm 90:2) God is the self existing one. He always was, is, and will forever be. (“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:8) There was never a time there wasn’t God. God is life. Without God, nothing can live and nothing can be. But because there is an everlasting God that transcends time, space and dimensions ... who was before anything could be ... there is life and things can exist. (“All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” John 1:3) We don’t have to fully understand how God is self existing, or be able to give a dissertation on why he’s self existing, all we have to do is trust and believe that he is self existing. It is our faith that pleases God, but “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God’ ” (Psalm 14:1a).
