NORRISTOWN » A Lower Salford man allegedly told his ex-girlfriend, “I wanted you to feel my pain,” after he shot and wounded her mother at their Limerick home and authorities have offered a reward for his capture.

The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office on Monday offered a $1,000 reward for

information leading to the apprehension of Gregory D. Feldman, 30, of the first block of Montgomery Drive, Harleysville, in connection with the Sept. 22 shooting of a woman in the first block of Longmeadow Road in Limerick.

“The Montgomery County detectives as well as Limerick police are actively investigating and searching for him. We could use some tips and help from the public so we are offering a $1,000 reward for any tips that would lead to his apprehension,” Kate Delano, director of communications for the district attorney’s office said on Monday.

“He is considered armed and dangerous and so if someone sees him they should call 911,” Delano added.

Delano said detectives are “following up on tips.”

“Thankfully, the public has responded and has shared our social media posts, so his photo is out there as being wanted. Hopefully that will result in a quick resolution to this and he will be apprehended,” Delano said.

Authorities said Feldman was last seen driving a black, 2016 Mazda 6 sedan with license plate KFC 4705.

Anyone with tips about Feldman or his whereabouts is urged to call the Montgomery County Detective Bureau at 610-278-3368 or Limerick Township Police at 610-495-7909.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Feldman on

charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, robbery, burglary, recklessly endangering another person and firearms not to be carried without a license in connection with the alleged shooting.

The investigation began at 12:18 p.m. Sept. 22 when Limerick police responded to the first block of Longmeadow Road for a report of a “female shot in the chest,” according to a criminal complaint. The first officers at the scene found a 48-year-old woman sitting on her porch, holding her chest, and being assisted by her husband.

“The victim was able to speak to the officers and when asked who had shot her, said, ‘Feldman, my daughter’s ex-boyfriend,’” Limerick Detective Ernie Morris wrote in the arrest affidavit.

Witnesses reported Feldman left the scene in a black 2016 Mazda 6 sedan, license plate KFC 4605. The victim was transported to an area hospital where she was treated for two gunshot wounds, one to the chest and one to the neck, according to the criminal complaint.

The victim later told detectives she was inside her home speaking with her daughter when the front doorbell rang and when she answered she found Feldman standing on her doorstep. Feldman asked the victim how her daughter was doing and the victim informed Feldman he should not be at the home, according to court papers.

Feldman allegedly then stated he had “something” for his ex-girlfriend, “at which point he reached into his front pants pocket and pulled out a long-barreled handgun,” Morris wrote in the criminal complaint.

The victim told detectives that Feldman shot her twice, followed by several additional attempted shots that apparently misfired, according to the arrest affidavit.

“After firing the shot, Feldman took a step into the house, dropped the backpack he was carrying and then took the victim’s cellphone,” Morris alleged.

Court papers indicate that the current boyfriend of the victim’s daughter later called the victim’s stolen cellphone and Feldman answered the phone and demanded to speak to his exgirlfriend.

“When she got on the line and spoke with Feldman, he told her, ‘I wanted you to feel my pain,’” according to the criminal complaint.

A records check determined that Feldman does not possess a license to carry a concealed weapon.
