A look at Penn: The Quakers have won two in a row and five of their last six including a 101-96 four overtime thriller over Monmouth last Saturday. It was the Quakers’ second overtime game of the season. Penn fell to La Salle in double OT in its Big 5 opener. This is the second of six straight road games for the Quakers. Penn has lost 14 straight to the Wildcats and has never won on Villanova’s campus. Betley was named Ivy League Player of the Week.

A look at Villanova: The Wildcats return home to play their only game on campus this season. With the Pavilion undergoing renovation­s, most of Villanova’s home games will be played at the Wells Fargo Center. This is the first regularsea­son men’s game at Jake Nevin since an 87-71victory over Marist in 1986 and the first Big 5 game in the arena. The Wildcats have won a record 18 consecutiv­e Big 5 games. Their last city series loss was a 76-61 decision to Temple at the Pavilion Dec. 5, 2012.
