EMBANKMENT » A vehicle crashed into an embankment on Doe Run Road in West Marlboroug­h Township on Dec. 5 at 10:43 a.m. after the driver, William Brown of Middletown, Del., was unable to stop in time, police said.

PARKING LOT » No one was injured in a collision in the parking lot of Cameron’s Hardware Store in the 2100 block of Baltimore Pike in East Nottingham Township on Nov. 19 at 10:45 a.m., police said.

REAR END » Douglas Dozier, 32, of Wilmington rear ended a car on Route 41 in West Fallowfiel­d Township on Nov. 25 at 12:22 p.m. in traffic, police said.

ENGINE FIRE » David Zook, 34, of Gordonvill­e was driving on Limestone Road in Highland Township on Nov. 25 at 10:04 a.m. when his engine caught fire. He got out before the truck became fully engulfed in flames, police said.

POSSIBLE ROAD RAGE » Two vehicles were driving on Appleton Road near Strickersv­ille Road in Franklin Township on Oct. 21 at 8:19 p.m. when the action of one driver caused the other to hit a mailbox and utility pole. That initial driver then stopped by then left the scene. The occupants of the victim’s vehicle suffered injuries of unknown severity, police said.

DRUGS AND WARRANT » Darius Kennedy, 18, of Philadelph­ia was found to be in possession of marijuana in the parking lot of Redner’s Grocery Store on Dec. 3 at 2:15 a.m. in Oxford. He also had an outstandin­g warrant by the Philadelph­ia Police. Kennedy was extradited to Philadelph­ia, police said.

DUI » Janet Lynne Roark, 37, of Nottingham was reported passed out on the steering wheel of her car in a parking lot in the 100 block of Pond’s Edge Drive in West Nottingham Township on Oct. 16 at 5:40 a.m. Investigat­ion led to her arrest for DUI and possession of drugs, police said.

THEFT » A student from Oxford High School in East Nottingham Township stole another student’s cell phone on Nov. 6, police said.

DUI » Bonghai Braun Sawyer, 19, of Newark, Del., was found to be DUI and in possession of a small amount of marijuana at a traffic stop on New London Road in Franklin Township on Oct. 31 at 10:43 p.m., police said.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY » On Oct. 27 in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike in Penn, police received the report of an attempt to sell an ATV that was found to be stollen. While the ATV was attempted to be recovered, another one was found at the same location that was also stolen. Both were seized, police said.

MCDONALD’S » Police responded to a fight at McDonald’s in the 800 block of West Baltimore Pike in Penn Township on Nov. 27 at 4:49 p.m., police said.

HIT AND RUN » Curt Pugh, 29, of Oxford backed into another car in the Wawa parking lot in the 100 block of Pond’s Edge Drive in West Nottingham Township on Oct. 27 at 8:44 a.m. and then fled, police said.

CROSSED LANES » Richard Cincotti, 31, of East Boston, Massachuse­tts, crossed into opposing traffic lane on White Horse Road in Londonderr­y Township on Dec. 1 at 7:41 p.m. and struck a utility pole, police said.

ASSAULT » A 67-year-old male from Oxford hit another male with a golf club in the 20 block of McDonough Drive in East Nottingham Township on De. 2 at 5 p.m., police said.

THEFT » James Caldwell, 44, of Coatesvill­e sold a vehicle and collected the sales tax in the 100 block of Baltimore Pike in West Nottingham Township on Aug. 13 but didn’t it send the fees to PennDOT, police said.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF » Someone damaged a garage window in the 400 block of Hodgson Circle in Penn Township overnight on Dec. 2, police said.

NO INJURIES » Drianna Osborne, 19, of Nottingham was traveling in the 200 block of West Avondale Road in London Grove Township on Dec. 3 at 1:46 p.m. when she failed to negotiate a curve and hit a tree, police said.

TURNING LEFT » Donald Romanek, 55, of Cochranvil­le collided with another car at a left turn on Limestone Road in West Fallowfiel­d Township on Dec. 4 at 7:37 a.m. No one was injured, police said.
