Kathleen A. Reece of Coatesville

Kathleen A. “Kathy” Reece, 60, of Coatesville died Friday, December 8, 2017 at her home.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Eleanor Sheehan McKenna and the late Joseph McKenna.

Kathy retired from Wawa after over 30 years of service.

Kathy was full of life, love and laughter, especially when spending time with her children and grandchildren, who knew her as the best “Mom Mom”. She also enjoyed traveling.

In addition to her mother, Eleanor, Kathy is survived by her children: Jessica Valentino and her husband Christopher of Downingtown, Christopher Reece and his wife Jenny of Coatesville; Katie Reece of Coatesville; and Shawn Reece and his wife Allyson of Sykesville, MD; 7 grandchildren: Keira Eckberg, Declan Hatton, Cecilia Reece, Elijah Reece, Shane Hatton, Jack Reece, Charlie Reece; and her future grandson, Ben Reece; her fiancé Mike “Pop Pop” Alden; her siblings: James McKenna and his wife Sue, Pat Saha and her husband, Lud; and Joe McKenna; and many nieces and nephews.

Kathy’s funeral mass will be held Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 11am at Our Lady of Consolation 603 W. 2nd Avenue, Parkesburg where family and friends may call beginning at 9:30am.

Interment will be in Our Lady of Consolation Cemetery, Parkesburg.
