Rita Helen Byczkowski of Chochranville

Rita Helen Byczkowski, 70, of Cochranville died on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at her home.

Born in Wilkes Barre, Rita was the daughter of the late John and Helen Podmonski. She was the widow of the late Joseph T. Byczkowski who died in March, 2005.

A member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Coatesville, Rita was employed by Handicrafters and NHS Human Service Care Facilities.

Rita is survived by two sons, Christopher J. and Michael, one daughter Maria all of Cochranville. She is also survived by a grandson Joseph and a sister Claire Jones.

Rita’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 404 Charles Street, Coatesville, PA 19320.

Family and friends may visit Monday, January 15 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or from Tuesday, January 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30am on at Wentz Funeral Home, 342 East Chestnut Street, Coatesville (610) 384-0318. Rita’s funeral mass will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 11:00am at St. Joseph Church, Coatesville.

Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery, Coatesville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Rita’s honor may be made to St. Joseph Church 404 Charles Street, Coatesville, PA 19320.
