Sleeping Beauty tells the story of a baby girl named Aurora who was born to the King and Queen of a magical fairytale kingdom. A wicked fairy curses the baby at her christening, promising that Aurora will prick her finger on a spinning wheel and die. Luckily the good Lilac Fairy had not yet placed her blessing on Aurora. She softened the evil curse; rather than death the Princess would instead fall into a deep sleep. A century later, with the help of the Lilac Fairy, a Prince seeks to awaken Aurora from this sleep and lift the spell. A magical story awaits audiences who embark on this adventure.
Sleeping Beauty Performances will be held May 18 – 10 am; May 19 – 11 a.m. and 4 p.m; and May 20 – 2 p.m.
Individual Tickets: $25 - $42.
