DRUGS AND ALCOHOL » Matthew David Krebs, 41, of Newark, Delaware, was found to be driving under the influence of fentanyl, alcohol and marijuana after passing out at the wheel at stop sight on Watson Mill road in London Britain Township on Dec. 13 at 4:11 p.m., police said.

IDENTITY THEFT» A woman in Landenberg noticed that she was billed for Comcast, but she didn’t have a Comcast account and her credit score was lower than normal. She did not lose any money in the incident on Jan. 26 at 112:37 p.m. in Franklin Township, police said.

DUI » Nicholas Alexander Krier, 25, of Elkton, Maryland, was found to be in control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on Reisler Road in Elk Township on Jan. 14 at 6:36 a.m., police said.

THEFT » Someone removed

the license plate from a car in the 700 block of Strikersvi­lle Road in Elk Township between Feb. 2 and 6, police said.

NO INJURIES » John Fossler, 19, of Elkton, Maryland, pulled out of a driveway on New London Road in Franklin township on Feb. 6 at 2:07 p.m.. and was struck by an oncoming car. No one was hurt, police said.

HARASSMENT » A husband and wife in their 50s were involved in a mutual confrontat­ion in the 400 block of Dartmouth Lane in Penn Township on Feb. 7 at 4:58 p.m., police said.

IDENTITY THEFT » Someone used the debit card informatio­n of a resident of the 700 block of Saginaw Road in New London Township on Jan. 16. The expenditur­es occurred in Florida, police said.

MINOR INJURIES » A 16-yearold driver failed to yield the right of way to an oncoming vehicle at the intersecti­on of Hickory Hill Road at Frog Hollow Road in East Nottingham Township on Feb. 2 at 2:49 p.m. Both drivers suffered suspected minor injuries, police said.

ICY ROADS » A driver hit an icy patch on Route 1 in Penn Township on Feb. 4 at 12:03 p.m. and spun around, hitting a mile marker sign. There were no injuries and the car was drivable afterward, police said. TWO CARS ON ICY ROADS » Two cars collided on State Road In London Grove Township when they both slipped on the same icy patch on Feb. 6 at 11:41 a.m., police said.

CABLE DIVIDER STRUCK » A driver slid on an icy patch on Route 1 in Lower Oxford Township on Feb. 4 at 9:56 p.m. and hit a cable divider. There were no injuries, and the vehicle was driven from the scene, police said.

DUI » James David Kelly, 61, of Aston was determined to be driving DUI on East Baltimore Pike in East Marlboroug­h Township on Jan. 4 at 1:01 a.m. and was taken into custody, police said. FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE

» Justin Kyle Corron, 28, of Elkton, Maryland, was taken into custody at Walmart in Lower Oxford Township on Jan. 8 at 4:40 a.m. based on an arrest warrant from Maryland after he had stolen $79.84 worth of merchandis­e, police said.

DUI » Richard John Zimmerman, 68, of West Grove was arrested for DUI in the 10 block of Bentley Road in London Grove Township on Dec. 18 at 8:33 p.m., police said.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN

ACCIDENT » Luis E. Lopez-Barajas, 23, of Wilmington, Delaware was charged with several traffic offenses connected to leaving the scene of a reportable accident. The incident occurred on Jan. 20 at 1:30 a.m. on Sheehan Road, north of Gap Newport Pike, in New Garden Township. Police arrived at the scene to find a Chevrolet Lumina with heavy front-end damage caused when it left the roadway and struck a tree. Large amounts of blood inside and outside of the vehicle were present but the driver was not and he had not contacted police as required by law, police said.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT » Justin Hensley, 34, of Cochranvil­le and Howard Hensley, 56, of Cochranvil­le, and Rogelio Orgeta, 28, of Avondale were cited for the summary offense of disorderly conduct, for engaging in a fight. The incident occurred on Jan. 14 at 3:21 p.m., in the 100 block of Murray Avenue, in West Grove, police said.

DUI » Amie B. Bowman, 39, of Media was charged with DUI and related offenses, as well as with Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct, following the investigat­ion into a one-vehicle crash that occurred on Jan. 7 at 9:15 p.m. Police were dispatched to the intersecti­on of Hillendale Road and Scarlett Road, in New Garden Township, for the re--

port of a vehicle over the embankment. Upon arrival, contact was made with Bowman who was standing in the roadway, trying to pull away from a medic and leave the scene on foot, police said.

DRUG CHARGES » Samuel

Grove was taken into custody on Feb. 7 at 8:55 p.m. for a active criminal warrant for his arrest on active drug charges. Grove was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine and a crack pipe. Grove, 57, of Woodland Avenue, was sent to the Chester county Prison on $3,500 cash bail for his warrant and current charges filed by Coatesvill­e Police. ASSAULT » On Feb. 7 at 10:11 p.m., police were dispatched

to the 1900 block of Saginaw Drive. Officers made contact with a 38-year-old unidentifi­ed female. Upon entering it was obvious that an altercatio­n had taken place, police said. The unidentifi­ed female had visible injuries to her face and body. Joseph J. Landkamer, 43, of Saginaw Drive, Coatesvill­e was immediatel­y taken into police custody. Landkamer was transporte­d to the Coatesvill­e Police station

where he was housed, processed and housed till arraignmen­t. Landkamer was remanded to the Chester County Prison after he failed to post bail.

DUI » On Feb. 8 at 6:55 a.m., Maurice Smith, 61, of the 900 block of Merchant Street, turned himself in on a active criminal warrant out of State Police, Embreevill­e for DUI. Smith was held and given a new court date to answer to his charges.
