Mary M. (nee McGarvey) Berry of Malvern, PA

Mary M. (nee McGarvey) Berry, of Malvern, PA, passed away on Monday February 12, 2018 at the age of 82. Mary was the wife of the late Joseph R. Berry with whom she shared 61 years of marriage.

Mary was a graduate of Villa Maria Academy High School and a life long resident of Malvern. Mary was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Malvern. She was a past volunteer at General Wayne Elementary School. She was proud of her Irish heritage and loved traveling with Joe. She loved music, lunches with her girlfriends and most of all, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her 4 children; Shelia (Robert) Stackhouse of Malvern, Maureen (Eric) Johnson of Malvern, Joe (Ellie) Berry of West Chester and Donna (Dave) Laudadio of Lenhartsville, PA. Also, her 8 wonderful grandchildren; Jason, Shane, Kyle, Tyler, Colin, (fiancé Nicole), Morgan, Ryan and Steven.

Relatives and friends may call on Fri., Feb. 16, 2018 from 6-8PM at Alleva Funeral Home, Inc., 1724 East Lancaster Ave., Paoli, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Sat., Feb. 17, 2018, 11AM at St. Patrick’s Church, 104 Channing Ave., Malvern PA. Burial to follow at Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer, PA.
