Old-world Italian fare arrives in West Chester March 10
WEST CHESTER » Aunt Mamie’s Old-World Italian Specialties has arrived in West Chester, PA and is celebrating their Grand Opening on March 10,
2018 at 11 AM. Their new retail location provides customers the opportunity to talk with Michael and Theresa, owners of Aunt Mamie’s, purchase fresh pasta, sauce, and meatballs, and find unique, fresh-made products from other local vendors.
“Everything is created one recipe at a time. We don’t mass-produce,” says Michael Vaccaro, owner of Aunt Mamie’s Old-World Italian Specialties. In this new production and retail space, Aunt Mamie’s will provide West Chester residents and businesses with delicious and fresh pastas, all handmade with love in small batches. Joining Aunt Mamie’s in this location includes Sorelle Cucina, two Italian sisters specializing in homemade, modern Italian dishes using fresh, local ingredients, Gourmet Cocky Confections, providing a unique assortment of gourmet brittles, and Sweet Ladybug Baked Goods, offering classic and comforting desserts, all handmade from scratch in small batches. The team provides customers with a complete dining experience. They have all the bases covered, from appetizers and snacks, to entrees and desserts. This retail location allows customers with catering, as well as provide a place to grab a snack or entrée for lunch, pickup items
to take home for the family, and will provide customers with a quiet spot for lunch.
The grand opening of Aunt Mamie’s Old-World Italian Specialties is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 10, 2018, beginning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 AM at 835 Lincoln Avenue, Unit 5, West Chester, PA 19380. With this event, Aunt Mamie’s celebrates their new location, introducing residents and local businesses to some of the delicious foods that this location provides. “Theresa and I are thrilled to share the recipes our family has cherished for three generations,” says Michael Vaccaro.
