Gray, 35, of Kinzers were cited for harassment following a disturbanc­e at Owenn’s Place Restaurant in West Sadsbury on March 4 at 1:50 a.m. DUI » Ronald James Jackson, 36, of Charlestow­n Township was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop Dec. 18, 2017 at 12:32 a.m. on Matthews Road in East Whiteland Township, police said. DUI » Omar Gonzalez, 38, of Kennett Square was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Dec. 15, 2017 at 11:31 p.m. at 620 West Union Street in West Chester, police said. DUI » James Timothy McKeon, 29, of Clifton Heights was arrested for DUI on March 4 at 12:48 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Chester Pike in West Goshen, police said. THEFT » Police are investigat­ing the theft of a gold 64GB Verizon iPhone 5 at Great Valley Middle School on Feb. 21. HARASSMENT » Kevin Brandon Mitchell, 35, of West Chester, was charged with harassment following an incident March 3 at 7:30 a.m. at 322 Ground Hog College Road in Newlin Township. The victim is a 50-year-old man from West Chester, police said. TERRORISTI­C THREATS » Police are investigat­ing terroristi­c threats made at Owen J. Roberts School District on Feb. 21 via test messaging. The student who made the threats was taken into custody. Police now believe the threats were made as a joke between friends. The case is still being investigat­ed. RETAIL THEFT » Two people, a 29-year-old female and a 34-year-old male, both from Downingtow­n, were arrested following multiple retail thefts from the Sears store at the Exton Square Mall between October, 2017 and January, 2018. The total value of the thefts is $11,000.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNES­S » Robert Voshelle, 59, of Exton fell to the ground after he missed the door handle when trying to exit PJ Whelihans, located at 853 East Lancaster Avenue in East Caln Township on March 2 at 3 p.m. Voshelle was observed to have slow speech, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and a lack of memory when officers arrived to find him on the floor. Voshelle had been drinking at the bar prior to falling to the floor. Voshelle was cited for Public Drunkennes­s. PUBLIC DRUNKENNES­S » Alyssa Nicole Guglielmo, 21, of Garnet Valley was taken into custody in the parking lot of Hibachi, located at 985 East Lancaster Avenue in East Caln Township at 7:40 p.m. on March 3. Officers arrived to find Guglielmo attempting to open the passenger door of another person’s vehicle in order to continue an argument with the vehicle owner that they had started earlier in the day. Guglielmo had used her vehicle to block that vehicle in. The officer could smell alcohol coming from her breath as she spoke and Guglielmo stated she was drinking earlier in the night. UNDERAGE DRINKING » Police officers cited Thomas Lynam, 18, Chadds Ford, PA, for Underage Drinking and Carrying False Identifica­tion following a traffic stop on Fri. Feb. 15 at 7:53 p.m. in the 100 block East Cypress Street, police said. POSSESSION » Police arrested Devin Ellis, 19, Kennett Square, PA, for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Parapherna­lia following a traffic stop at South Broad & Birch Streets on Fri. Feb. 26 at 11:53 p.m.. Ellis was released pending summons from District Court, police said. UNDERAGE » Police cited a 16-year-old male, Hockessin, DE, for Underage Drinking on Feb. 18 at 12:14 a.m. in the 100 block of Waterworks Drive. Juvenile was released to a friend, police said. FALSE IDENTITY » Police arrested Denis Garcia, 31, Oxford, PA, for DUI following a traffic stop on Monday Feb. 19 at 1:13 a.m. in the 100 block East Cedar Street. Garcia was video-arraigned by the on-call District Court and released on own recognizan­ce. A passenger in the vehicle, Eric Turcios-Rodriguiz, 22, Accomac, Virginia, was found to have an outstandin­g warrant out of the Chester County DA’s office and was transporte­d to Chester County Prison by constables. Another passenger, Pedro Afuilar-Alantar, 22, Kennett Square, who gave the name Cristian Aguilar-Aguilera was charged with Identity Theft, Unsworn Falsificat­ion to Authoritie­s and Falsificat­ion to Law Enforcemen­t was arraigned and bail was set at $500.00 cash. Unable to post bail, Aguilar-Alantar was transporte­d to Chester County Prison by constables. WALLET THEFT » Police are investigat­ing the theft of a wallet. At 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 12 police received the report that sometime between. 11:15 a.m. & 11:30 a.m., victim’s wallet containing ID, credit card, debit card, Medicaid card and $100.00 cash was stolen from a business located in the 200 block South Washington Street, police said.

SOUTHERN CHESTER COUNTY REGIONAL DUI » Byron M. QuinnWinne, 28, of Oxford was arrested and charged with DUI and related traffic offenses, after the 1999 Buick he operating was stopped for erratic driving. The incident occurred on Feb. 23 at 1:22 a.m., in the 8900 block of Gap Newport Pike, in New Garden Township. Upon making contact with QuinnWinne, police observed numerous indicators suggesting intoxicati­on. After failing field sobriety tests, he was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. He was given an opportunit­y to submit to a chemical test of his breath but refused.
