Police investigate robbery at Victoria’s Secret

NORTH COVENTRY » Police are attempting to identify four suspects after more than $1,300 worth of merchandise was stolen from Victoria’s Secret.

North Coventry Police said that at approximately 11:07 a.m. on Thursday, three black male suspects and a black female suspect entered the Coventry Mall and proceeded to the Victoria’s Secret lingerie boutique. Once inside the store, one of the suspects distracted the store employee while the other three proceeded to fill garment bags with store merchandise.

The four suspects left the store and departed the mall in a black four-door Mitsubishi Outlander with out-of-state license plates.

The stolen property was valued at $1,304.00.

Police are continuing to investigate and are attempting to identify the suspects involved by release surveillance images to the public.
