Edward D. Wysocki, 68, of Chester Springs, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018 at home surrounded by his family.

Born in Harrisburg to Helen and Edward Wysocki. He graduated from Bishop McDevitt High School and Drexel University. He earned a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineerin­g.

In his profession­al life, most of his work was design/build. He was proud of the work he did for various companies.

His parents owned a store which sold model trains, sewing machines, shavers and repaired all of these plus small appliances. Because of this, he had a lifelong love of model trains, could sew a mean button hole, repair leather slippers and was able to repair most things. If he didn’t know, he would learn.

Edwards love of family and God were what led his life. He shared his knowledge and guided his family to the very end.

He is survived by his wife, Erica; his children, Katrina (Will), Evan (Becky), Joellen (Gene) and by his grandson, Tanner.

An evening viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtow­n.

A morning viewing will be held from 8:45-9:45 a.m., Thursday, April 19, 2018 followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., at St. Elizabeth Church, 120 St. Elizabeth Drive, Chester Springs.

Interment will be held privately with the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributi­ons can be made to your church or a charity of one’s choice.
