Cyber Strong 5k Run set for May 19
Event will aid school’s scholarship program
The 21st Century Cyber Charter School is hosting a 5K run event to benefit the Chester County Food Bank.
DOWNINGTOWN » The 21st Century Cyber Charter School (21CCCS) is hosting its first ever “Cyber Strong 5k Run” event to benefit the Chester County Food Bank and the 21CCCS Scholarship Program.
The race is on Saturday, May 19, at 9 a.m. Check-in and race day registration begins at 8 a.m. at Kerr Park and the award ceremony begins at 10 a.m.
Participants can enjoy massage treatments, yoga, and reiki sessions during the event. Each participant will be entered into a drawing to win a variety of gift certificates from our sponsors including martial arts and fitness packages from Dragon Gym of Exton, personal training programs, yoga and reiki sessions from Local Yoga Café of West Chester and Anthony Penzarella the Reiki Master, chiropractic and massage treatments by Tri-County Chiropractic of Exton, free gym memberships, gift cards and more.
Snacks and beverages will be provided by Wawa and Kimberton Whole Foods. The first 100 registrants will receive a free race-day T-shirt. Others while supplies last. The parking lots of 21st Century Cyber Charter School at 126 Wallace Avenue, Kerr Park, and the Downingtown Library will be available for participants to use on the day of the event.
