TERRORISTI­C THREATS » Edward J. Ienner, Jr., age 52, of Landenberg was charged with terroristi­c threats and harassment, following a series a threatenin­g text messages and voicemails that he is alleged to have sent to the victim over a thirteenho­ur period, between 03/28 and 03/29/2018. The victim was able to provide police with the actual messages sent by Ienner. An arrest warrant was obtained and Ienner surrendere­d to police on 03/30/2018. He was arraigned and released on $10,000.00 unsecured bail pending a preliminar­y hearing. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES » Hannah C. Rash, age 18, of New Castle, DE was arrested and charged with DUI (Controlled Substances), as well as with violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64), and a traffic offense, after the Hyundai she was operating was stopped for an equipment violation. The incident occurred on March 31 at approx. 0133 hours, in the 1800 block of Baltimore Pike, in New Garden Township. Upon making contact with Rash, police detected the odor of burnt marijuana emanating from the vehicle. HARASSMENT » Jose G. Lopez-Nunez, age 26, of Toughkenam­on was cited for the summary offense of Harassment, after he allegedly threatened to strike a 21 year-old female with his fists. The incident occurred on April 5 at approx. 8:44 p.m., in the 200 block of Maple Lane, in New Garden Township. A Non-Traffic Citation was filed in MDC 154-04 on 04/06/2018. TRAFFIC AND DRUGS » Zeiban Mondragon-Reza, age 25, of Toughkenam­on was arrested and charged with DUI (Controlled Substances) and related traffic offenses, as well as with violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64), after the 2014 Chevrolet he was driving was stopped for swerving out of its lane of travel on multiple occasions. The incident occurred on March 31 at approx. 1:33 p.m., in the 1200 block of Baltimore Pike, in New Garden Township. Upon making contact with Mondragon-Reza, police were met with the odor of marijuana, as smoke billowed out of the vehicle. DUI AND RELATED TRAFFIC OFFENSES » Leonel Garcia-Garcia, age 21, of West Grove was arrested and charged with DUI and related traffic offenses after the 2002 Chevrolet he was operating was stopped for erratic driving. The incident occurred on April 1 at approx. 0217 hours, in the 8900 block of Gap Newport Pike, in New Garden Township. Upon making contact with Garcia-Garcia, police observed indicators suggesting intoxicati­on and field sobriety tests confirmed impairment. DRUGS AND TRAFFIC » Michael K. Horkey, age 33, of Newark, DE was arrested and charged with violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64), as well as with a traffic offense. The incident occurred on April 5 at approx. 0705 hours, on Prospect Avenue, in West Grove Borough. The 2004 Toyota Horkey was driving was stopped for speeding, during an enforcemen­t detail. Upon making contact with Horkey, police detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A subsequent search produced marijuana and related drug parapherna­lia in several locations inside the vehicle.
