»Latrelle S. Blue, 22, of New Castle, DE was arrested on suspicion of DUI (Controlled Substances) and related traffic offenses, as well as for violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act following a traffic stop for erratic driving. The incident occurred on April 15 at 1:25 a.m., in the 6700 block of Limestone Road, in New Garden Township. On May 28 at 2:24 a.m., Coatesville Police were called to the 500 block East Chestnut Street for a domestic incident. Police said that a man told them his son came in afterhours at which time an altercation took place. A 16-year-old male broke a window and door causing $499 in damages. The victim sustained cuts from broken glass and was bleeding. Police were also advised that the juvenile made threats which were concerning in nature. The juvenile was taken into custody and charges were filed against him.
