Alfred T. Wysocki Sr., age 87, of Garnet Valley, PA passed away peacefully on June 19, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Philadelph­ia, PA, Al has resided in Garnet Valley for the past 8 years previously residing in Chadds Ford, PA. He retired in 1993 from General Electric after 28 years where he was a Turbine Specialist. Devoted to his home, family and faith, he was a member of St. Cornelius Catholic Church. Al was known as an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching many events.

In addition to his parents, Alexander Sr. and Frances Drejka Wysocki, he is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Stanley Wysocki, a Silver Star Recipient who died during WWII and Alexander Wysocki Jr. who died in 2016. Alfred is survived by his wife of 66 years, Doris H. Krouse Wysocki, 3 children, Lorraine (Eric) Johns, Alfred T. Wysocki Jr. and Christine WysockiBru­ce, 8 grandchild­ren, Erika, Hailey, Ryanne and Keegan Johns, and Gregory, Jeremy, Timothy and Ethan Bruce.

A viewing will be held on Monday, 9:30-10:45AM at St. Cornelius Catholic Church, 160 Ridge Rd., Chadds Ford, PA followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00AM. Interment, St Agnes Cemetery the Lady of Fatima Mausoleum, West Chester, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
