FALSE IDENTIFICA­TION AND PUBLIC DRUNKENNES­S » A 17-year-old male was arrested and charged with false identifica­tion to law enforcemen­t, as well as with public drunkennes­s and underage drinking, following an incident that occurred on 05/08/2018 at approximat­ely 7:13 p.m. Police were dispatched to Harmony Park in West Grove Borough for the report of a male urinating on the road and holding a beer. While en route, police observed a subject fitting the descriptio­n. He was holding a beer and had empty beer bottles in each front pocket, police said. DUI AND DRUGS » Carrie M. Ciorrocco, age 38, of Kennett Square was arrested and charged with DUI and related traffic offenses, as well as with violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64), after the 2002 Toyota she was driving was stopped for traffic violations. The incident occurred on 05/08/2018 at approximat­ely 7:04 p.m. in the 200 block of Prospect Avenue, in West Grove Borough. While interactin­g with Ciorrocco, police observed indicators suggesting intoxicati­on and field sobriety tests confirmed impairment. A search of the vehicle produced several vials of THC oil, police said. DRUGS AND PUBLIC DRUNKENNES­S » Joel EsparzaGon­zalez, age 22 of Landenberg was arrested and charged with violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64) and with public drunkennes­s, after police responded to a call about an unconsciou­s male on the side of the road. The incident occurred on 05/10/2018 at approximat­ely 4:50 hours, in the 400 block of Hillendale Road, in New Garden Township. Police found Esparza-Gonzalez sleeping on the side of the road and once awakened, he was found to be intoxicate­d. Upon being taken into custody, he was found to be in possession of marijuana. DRUGS » Christina A. Marshall, age 24, of Newark, Del., was arrested and charged with violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64), after she was found to be in possession of marijuana and related parapherna­lia. The incident occurred on 05/1½018 at approximat­ely 10:29 p.m., in the 200 block of East Evergreen Street, in West Grove Borough and was the result of a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Marshall was taken into custody, processed, and released pending issuance of a summons. Charges filed in MDC 15-404, police said. DUI » Randall L. Lynch, age 58, of Landenberg was arrested and charged with DUI and related traffic offenses, after the 2011 Ford he was driving was stopped for moving and equipment violations. The incident occurred on 05/12/2018 at approximat­ely 12:21 a.m., in the 400 block of Egypt Run Road, in New Garden Township. Upon making contact with Lynch, police observed indicators suggesting intoxicati­on and field sobriety tests confirmed impairment. Lynch was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and submitted to a chemical test of his breath, resulting in a B.A.C. of .126 percent, police said. DUI » Fernando Encarnacio­n-Cabrera, age 30, of Hockessin, Del. was arrested and charged with DUI and related traffic offenses, after the 2005 Dodge he was driving was stopped for erratic driving. The incident occurred on 05/06/2018 at approximat­ely 10:15 p.m., in the 9000 block of Gap Newport Pike, in New Garden Township. Upon making contact with Encarnacio­nCabrera, police observed indicators suggesting intoxicati­on and a records check revealed that he was an unlicensed driver. Field sobriety tests could not be performed due to his physical condition, police said. DRUGS AND TRAFFIC OFFENSES » James E. Dugger, age 60, of Strasburg was arrested and charged with violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64), as well as with various vehicle code offenses, including driving without a license, after the 2001 Chevrolet that he was operating was stopped for inspection and equipment violations. The incident occurred on 05/07/2018 at approximat­ely 4:31 p.m. in the 100 block of Starr Road, in New Garden Township. Upon making contact with the occupants, evidence of drug use was observed in plain view, police said. BURGLARY » Police have charged Charles Andrew Butcher III with burglary and related criminal offenses, after a police investigat­ion, initiated by a victim May 11, 2018, police said.
