Man arrested in connection with stabbings
COATESVILLE » Two male juveniles were stabbed late Tuesday night on South Fifth Avenue in Coatesville, and they were taken to Brandywine Hospital and treated for non-life threatening wounds. Police have arrested a man in connection with the stabbing.
Coatesville Police were dispatched to the unit block of South Fifth Avenue on Sept. 4 at 11:12 p.m. for the report of a stabbing involving two people. One juvenile male was stabbed in the back and a second juvenile male was stabbed in the hand. Both victims were transported to the hospital for treatment of their wounds.
Police arrested and charged a man whose name they are with-
holding pending completion of the investigation. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly
weapon and transported to the juvenile detention center.

Coatesville BURGLARY
On Sept. 4, Coatesville police were dispatched to a report of domestic disturbance on Chester Avenue. Upon arrival Officers could see a 8/M actively fighting with another male inside of front door way of the residence. Police took White into custody, search incident o arrest White had in his possession a small amount of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Police said White had kicked the rear door to the residence in and began fighting with the caller’s 21-year-old. White is no longer a resident of the house and was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and related charges.
THEFT OF LICENSE PLATE
On Sept 3, John Fedie reported that the dealer plate on his van was stolen while at 145 Rosemont Avenue. The plate K41997K belongs to Car and Van World out of Prospect Park.
WARRANT ARREST
On Sept. 3 at 10:04 p.m.,
Keith Wilkinson, 60, a homeless man, was taken into custody at 99 South Hill Drive and arrested for attempted Burglary. Wilkinson attempted to gain entry to the residence. Wilkinson was also wanted on outstanding warrants out of Caln Township Police Department. Wilkinson was found to be in possession of crack cocaine search incident to arrest. Wilkinson was held to await video arraignment.
THEFT
On Sept. 4 at 10:42 a.m., officers received a call from Rite Aid Pharmacy on East Lincoln Highway to report a female that had stolen two candles and a Sun Dress. Officers arrived and reviewed the camera footage. Officers are still attempting to identify the female.
WARRANT ARREST
On Sept. 4 at 9 a.m., Annette Horsey of the 300 block of Valley Road in Coatesville walked into the Police Station to turn herself in. Ms. Horsey had a warrant for Fraud and Bad checks. Horsey was taken into custody without incident and was arraigned.
WARRANT ARREST
On Sept. 4 officers received information on the
location of Bernadette Whitehead of the 300 block of East Lincoln Avenue, who is a fugitive from justice. Officers arrived at Whitehead’s residence and upon making contact with her, notified her that she has a warrant. Officers took Whitehead into custody and transported her back to the Police Station where she awaited transport back to Lancaster County to answer to the charges for bad checks.
State police, Embreeville ATTEMPTED BURGLARY
There was an attempted burglary at the Honey Brook Elementary School on Walnut Road in Honey Brook Township on Aug. 31 around 1 p.m., police said. The investigation is continuing.
RETAIL THEFT
Police said Angeline Henry stole a bottle of water valued at $1.19 from the Sunoco Convenience Store on Pottstown Pike in South Coventry on Aug. 30 at 3:30 p.m.
SIGNS STOLEN
Someone stole Private Road signs from a house on Stable Road in Elverson, police said.
