Police seek missing E. Goshen woman

Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating Sofia M. DelValle, 53, of East Goshen, who has been missing Since Sept. 15.

The Westtown-East Goshen Police Department said DelValle could be operating a navy blue 2004 Volvo Sedan (FL Reg 6934QN) with a bike rack. She recently moved to the area from Florida and has connection­s to New Jersey, New York and Vermont. She is 5 feet, 9 inches tall 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Police reports from across the region: Westtown-East Goshen Forgery On Thursday Sept. 20, Dazjhana Pittman turned herself into police and was arraigned at district court on the charges of forgery, false identifica­tion to law enforcemen­t and a traffic offense. North Coventry Theft of dog The North Coventry Police Department has an active warrant for Felicia Marie Bogert for her involvemen­t in the theft of “Lucky” the puppy from Diane’s Discount Pets store on Aug. 5. Bogert was given the opportunit­y to turn herself in but declined to do so in a timely manner. Bogert was last known to reside in Reading. On Sept. 5, a warrant was issued for Gabriel Rosario for his involvemen­t in the theft of “Lucky” the puppy from Diane’s Discount Pets store on Aug. 5. Rosario was charged with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, and corruption of minors. On Sept. 6, Rosario was in custody for other matters and subsequent­ly detained on the warrant for this incident. On Sept. 18, a preliminar­y hearing was held and all charges were bound over to Chester County Court. Theft from vehicle The North Coventry Township is investigat­ing a theft from vehicle which

occurred in the 1900 block of Shenkel Road overnight on Sept. 19. Various items were taken from an unlocked vehicle. Anyone with informatio­n regarding this incident is asked to contact 610-323-8360 or leave a tip. Residents are urged to lock their vehicles and residences and never leave valuables in your vehicle. Retail theft On Sept. 19, the North Coventry Township Police

Department arrested Anthony Magazino, 34, from Pottstown, for felony retail theft. The arrest was made after police responded to Kohl’s located at the Coventry Mall. The investigat­ion revealed Magazino, removed miscellane­ous jewelry, valued at $185.99 from Kohl’s without paying for the items. Magazino was released after being arraigned and processed. State police, Embreevill­e DUI Robert Louis Bacastow, 26, of West Grove, was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop Sept. 9 at 2:47 a.m. on Route 202, south of

Route 401 in East Whiteland Township. Drug charges Noah Elijah Norman, 20, of Coatesvill­e, was arrested following a traffic stop on Aug. 28 on Route 340, south of the Route 30 bypass in Caln Township. Police said he had an active warrant for his arrest out of Coatesvill­e and was also found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. DUI John J. DAmico, 30, of Avondale was arrested for DUI on March 31 at 11:14 p.m. following a traffic stop on Church Street at Minor Street in West Chester.
