Kathryn Stewart of West Chester

Kathryn Stewart, 78, of West Chester, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at Paoli Hospital.

She was the wife of Mark Stewart, with whom she shared 33 years of marriage.

Born in Seattle, WA, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Nancy Peregrin Lindsey.

Kathy was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, Downingtown and worked for many years at the Downingtown Inn and Commodore Computers. She loved to read, garden and make doll clothes. Being the only child of two only children, she loved entertaining her family for any occasion from the Kentucky Derby to Groundhog Day. She was always the life of the party.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, J. Chris Watson, Craig L. Watson, Andrew S. Watson and his wife, Terrie Roney, Michael B. Watson and his partner, Sao Duwano; grandchildren, Dane Lightfoot and his wife, Christen, Caleb Watson, Jaime Piccolo, Korin Tripp and her husband, Raymond, Laura Dirickson and her husband, Joshua, Amaris Campbell and her husband, Curtis, Saphire Perez, Marc Ledee and his wife, Elena, Shainia Lloyd; great grandchildren, Nico Lyons, Aaron Watson, Olivia Piccolo, Makayla Piccolo, Patrick Tripp, Boston Tripp, Jaiden Watson, David Dirickson, Jackson Dirickson, Elijah Campbell, Alessia Campbell and Jaylen Richardson.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Britt Roney.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at St. James Episcopal Church, 409 E.Lancaster Ave., Downingtown, PA 19335, where the family will receive guests starting at 2 p.m.

Interment will be private.
