E. Fallowfield man arrested on child porn charges
EAST FALLOWFIELD >> An East Fallowfield man was arrested after authorities found videos of child pornography were being sent through the Internet from his home.
Eric Fox Fraschilla, 38, of Allegheny Drive in East Fallowfield, was arrested Friday, Feb. 15 and charged with seven felony counts including sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communication facility.
The investigation began in January of this year. A member from the Computer Crime Unit determined that videos of child pornography were being sent through
Fraschilla’s computer.
Fraschilla was arraigned by District Magistrate Nancy Gill and was released on unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing will be held later this month.

DUI >> Michael Rene Miller, 61, of Coatesville was arrested for DUI Jan. 23 at 7:44 p.m. following a traffic stop on Business Route 30, just east of North Bailey Road in Thorndale.

DRUG CHARGES >> Courtney Zerbe, 24, of West Chester was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was stopped for a traffic violation on South Matlack STreet at Snyder Avenue on Feb. 4 at 1:32 p.m., police said.
HIT AND RUN >> Erno Lara, 29, of Coatesville turned himself in last week following a hit and run serious crash in the 800 block of West Chester Pike last year. Police had been unable to locate him. He faces many charges, including aggravated assault by vehicle, accidents involving death or personal injury, failure to give information and render aid, and many more.

SIMPLE ASSAULT >> On Feb. 15 at 12:47 a.m., Coatesville Police were dispatched to a report of a physical domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, Coatesville police interviewed the victim, and found Hassan Dandridge, 38, of Eight Avenue in Coatesville, several blocks away. Hassan was taken into custody and charged with simple assault.
DUI >> On Feb. 8 at 9:21 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of South First Avenue and East Harmony Street for a report of a crash. Upon arrival, officers observed a silver in color Ford F-150 that had crashed into a brick sign in front of the Steele Museum of AcrelorMittal causing damage to the signance Walls, the driver of the vehicle, was arrested for DUI and related offenses.
