Stevie Nicks concert film coming to theaters
Starting Wednesday, Oct. 21, and running throughOct. 25, select regional theaters will be showing the Stevie Nicks concert film“24Karat Gold” in partnership with BMG and Trafalgar Releasing.
The film features some of Nicks’ most popular singles along with stories about the inspiration behind some of her most famous and timeless songs and lyrics.
“The 24 Karat Gold Tour wasmyall- timefavoritetour,” Nicks said. “I not only got to sing my songs but I was able to tell their stories for the first time. I love having the opportunity to share this concert withmyfans. Frommetoyou —‘ 24 Karat Gold.’”
Directed and produced by Joe Thomas during Nicks’ 67- city sold- out tour in 2017, the footage was recorded in Indianapolis and Pittsburgh.
The film features a setlist ofNicks’most popular songs from her solo career and as amemberof FleetwoodMac. It includes “Rhiannon,” “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around,” “Edge of Seventeen,” “Stand Back” and “Landslide,” as well as rare gems from her platinum- selling catalog.
Nicks has had six Top 10 albums, eight Grammy nominations and is the first woman to be twice inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame — with Fleetwood Mac in 1998 and as a solo artist in 2019. As a solo artist and FleetwoodMac band member combined, Nicks has sold more than 140 million albums and won several Grammys.

A double CD and digital/ streaming release of the concert will be available on Oct. 30 via BMG. The CD will be available exclusively at Target on Oct. 30, and the digital release will be available everywhere on the same day. A limited- edition double LP 180- gram version will be available on “Crystal- Clear” vinyl exclusively at Barnes & Noble, while a 180- gram black vinyl version will be available everywhere.
