Man charged with scamming victim out of $51,500 in cash
CONCORD TOWNSHIP » A 53-year-old man has been arrested after police said he deceived someone out of $51,500 in cash. Police believe there are more victims and are asking them to come forward.
Arrested on Nov. 25 was Michael Vincent Lombertino. Police said Lombertino utilized multiple identities to deceive his victim. Lombertino requested money from the victim and in exchange, promised to pay twice the amount of money back at a later date.
Police said Lombertino did not have the means, nor intent, to pay the victim back.
State police at Avondale are asking anyone who had contact with Lombertino to contact them at 610-2682022.

DRUGCHARGES» On Nov. 18, 2020 at 12:40 p.m., the West Chester Police responded to 435 South High Street for a report of a disturbance. During the course of the investigation into a domestic disturbance one of the involved parties was found to have an active criminal warrant. Kristen Pacropis,
31, from West Chester, was taken into custody after confirmation of the warrant. Subsequent to the arrest she was found to be in possession of various forms of drug paraphernalia. Pacropis was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on summons. A preliminary hearing is pending.

THEFT OF SANTA MONEY » Officers are investigating an alleged theft of money from the Santa Claus photo booth located inside the Exton Square Mall. Money was allegedly stolen from the booth sometime at the end of the business day on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020 and the booth’s opening on Sunday morning.

RETAIL THEFT » On Nov. 15 at 1:34 p.m., troopers were dispatched to the Walmart in West Sadsbury for the report of a retail theft. Karen Fabrizio, 53, of Coatesville, was arrested for stealing $84.30 of merchandise. She was processed and released.
